What is your return policy?

Our policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

 

IF GRANTED A REFUND, WHERE WILL THE FUNDS GO?

Refunds are sent to the original form of payment. If you no longer have the original payment method, you will be responsible to reach out to your financial institution. 

Will you restock this item?

Created By Ro wishes to maintain a certain level of exclusivity. Certain products are a one time release or seasonal. Contact us to inquire about any product that may be out of stock or sold out.

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you have made a mistake with your order details please contact us immediately via email at askcreatedbyro@gmail.com and we will try to amend the order.

Please note, due to the speed of our fulfilment center, we can make no guarantees that your order will be corrected.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not ship Internationally or to the US territories.

Unfortunately, we do not ship to military addresses.

 

 

What if I receive a damaged or open package?

If you receive your package, and it is damaged and/or opened, please take a photo of the damage before checking the contents inside. Please submit a claim via the courier used to ship your order.

Can I return items I purchased on sale?

No, items purchased on sale at createdbyro.com cannot be returned or exchanged unless they're defective or flawed.

 

What is my order status? Can I track my order?

All customers will receive a tracking email which will contain the tracking number and order status.

 

Are Created By Ro t-shirts in men's or women's sizing?

Majority of Created By Ro shirts, hats and hoodies are in unisex sizings. Products located inside the Women’s section are solely in Women’s sizes.
